Support SB192, The Brewery Modernization Act

This is a little late, but the Senate flavor of our Brewery Modernization Act was introduce to the State Senate last week. SB192 is sponsored by Senator Bill Holtzclaw (R-Madison) with a host of cosponsors including Senators Tom Whatley (R-Auburn), Paul Sanford (R-Huntsville), Del Marsh (R-Anniston), Bobby Singleton (D-Greensboro), and Rodger Smitherman (D-Birmingham).

Support HB161, the Brewery Modernization Act

The House flavor of the Brewery Modernization Act was introduced by our sponsor, Representative Johnny Mack Morrow (D-Red Bay) today before the legislative break. HB161 is the only brewery reform bill supported by Free the Hops. After the legislators return after March 14, expect our Senate bill of The Brewery Modernization Act to be introduced.
