When do you think it will come up for a vote? Do you think it will pass?

  This week, the Alabama legislature is on Spring Break. So it won’t be until after that. We’d like to get into the Senate the week after that.
  
  If it comes up for a vote, I really think it’ll pass in the Senate. And I don’t think we’ll face a filibuster for this bill.
  
  But that’s all my opinion, and I’ve certainly been surprised before.
