		<description>Thanks.  The talking points are beautifully written.  Absolutely clear and coherent.  Y&#039;all should just send them to every legislator.  The rules are absurd and it simply can&#039;t be argued that this bill will expand access to alcohol, although i said that the first time.</description>

As with our last bill, the major obstacle is getting a vote. Unless we secure that, there&#039;s no hope.</description>
