I enjoyed catching up on your columns! Glad to see there is interest out there. Might need an “instructional” column for those (including myself in many ways) that don’t understand the brewing process completely or what to expect out of different type of hops, etc. Congrats!
A basic “Hop Guide” might be really cool, although BW might see it as too technical for their audience.
Great job! Interesting enough for the geeks and educational enough for the uninformed.
